Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. Anastasio Ilazki's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anastasio Ilazki helped the player get up and apologised. Dimitar Kalev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 5 minutes into the match, CAYASTA II's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Dimitar Kalev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Anastasio Ilazki was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 10 minutes had been played. Anastasio Ilazki hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 12th minute of play forced CAYASTA II's goalkeeper Dimitar Kalev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute of the match Ulf Krumlinde shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Ecuador booed when CAYASTA II was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulf Krumlinde didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vasile Dragomir, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th match minute, CAYASTA II was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Birjaio to maneuver through the defense. Dimitar Kalev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute of the match. Dimitar Kalev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 31st minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dimitar Kalev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Melchor Ederono made a kick off. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CAYASTA II's Dimitar Kalev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 65th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in CAYASTA II's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimitar Kalev came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Dimitar Kalev in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dimitar Kalev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 79th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dimitar Kalev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Dimitar Kalev made a huge save. Dimitar Kalev made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Dimitar Kalev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho managed to work through CAYASTA II's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Cristian Sancho dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
