Cebo Sal scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Demonde Jacobson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nelio Camba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Finlay Stair's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xorxe Carabajal during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 22 played minutes alianza all stars got a freekick which was hit by Xorxe Carabajal. Nelio Camba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Finlay Stair, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Karlus Waugh came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Jamaica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karlus Waugh couldn't finish the play. In the 31st minute, Javan Develder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emeterio Raiz hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karlus Waugh in the 34th minute of play forced alianza all stars's goalkeeper Nelio Camba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 minutes of play, Jamaica's Finlay Stair made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nelio Camba was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes into the match, alianza all stars's goal looked a bit too open when Romon Oliver came free, but Nelio Camba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Finlay Stair in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nelio Camba saved alianza all stars from getting behind. A collision led to Jamaica getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Geroy Ascue hit a great ball. 48 minutes into the match, alianza all stars's Cordarius Luan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Demonde Jacobson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Nelio Camba came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Jamaica's Finlay Stair. But to his dismay, Finlay Stair quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. When Karlus Waugh came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Jamaica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karlus Waugh couldn't finish the play. When Jamaica's Finlay Stair in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romon Oliver couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 79 minutes, Nelio Camba successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jamaica's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Finlay Stair in the 80th minute. Demonde Jacobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cebo Sal in the 82nd minute of the match. Finlay Stair could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Nelio Camba made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Wayan Freeman got a free kick in the 87th minute. Cordarius Luan, 87 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some careless play in the Jamaica defense, Cordarius Luan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demonde Jacobson. The Jamaica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demonde Jacobson should have stopped the shot. After having played for 96 minutes, Finlay Stair managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jamaica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Finlay Stair was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
