In the 8th minute Mihail Dumitras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zamora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardo Zamora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorin Vrânceanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. A collision led to U21 Moldova getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Anatolie Papuc hit a great ball.
