In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Rönnöfors FF getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Bertil Hellgren hit a great ball. Rönnöfors FF's Per Stenberg got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joshua Garrido hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per Stenberg went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

A hard shot 52 in the game by Axel Montenegro from a close distance when the talented Hubert Fagrell managed to make a qualified save. Rönnöfors FF's players were relieved.
