Chile's Alan Tamayo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jacob Lubfeldt in the 52 minute of the game. In the 58th minute of the match Chile got a corner. Sletteenge's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Lacasa ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Chile's corner Pedro Indiano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gerhart Krainert quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Gerhart Krainert in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mariano Lacasas short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Gerhart Krainert to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Sletteenge getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Jacob Lubfeldt hit a great ball. Sletteenge's Donald Liktensteen was substituted for Fritz Grauholt. Sletteenge made a substitution. Timo Mangelsen replaced Jacob Lubfeldt.
