Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hamdi Abdul Qadir kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Mario Fernandino got a free kick in the 5th minute. After 9 played minutes Club Brugge got a freekick which was hit by Mathis Grootaers. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Alejandro Villa hit a great ball. In the 13th minute of the match Thommy Toeback sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Camilo Freixa skillfully saved the ball. In the 23rd minute, Hamdi Abdul Qadir made a precise shot to the right of Camilo Freixa. Bolivia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 27 minutes into the match, Mario Fernandino notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Club Brugge's Arne Stuycken. Arne Stuycken was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hamdi Abdul Qadir took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Camilo Freixa. Camilo Freixa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Eduardo Fontirroig hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. With 38 minutes on the clock, Benito Madrid commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Thommy Toeback shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After 42 minutes of play, Club Brugge's Yanick De Winter made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Camilo Freixa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 47th minute, Goffrey Bastin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfredo Ferrant was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Bjorn Gyselinx was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Brugge's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bolivia the free kick. Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yanick De Winter, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute Club Brugge were awarded a corner. Thommy Toeback went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Thommy Toeback got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Camilo Freixa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Eduardo Fontirroig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Arne Stuycken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 58 minutes, Eduardo Fontirroig mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bolivia and the Club Brugge players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 59 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Fontirroig. In the 65thth minute of the game Hamdi Abdul Qadir who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bolivia's Camilo Freixa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 67th minute, Alfredo Ferrant fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Arne Stuycken, passed just outside the right post. Alfonso de la Cruz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 68th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 70 minutes into the game, Club Brugge's Hamdi Abdul Qadir nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Camilo Freixa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. In the 73rd minute, Goffrey Bastin made a precise shot to the right of Camilo Freixa. Bolivia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Alfredo Ferrant hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When Alfredo Ferrant came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Bolivia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Ferrant couldn't finish the play. After 81 minutes of play, Club Brugge's Yanick De Winter made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Camilo Freixa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86thth minute of the game Yanick De Winter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bolivia's Camilo Freixa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Club Brugge's zone, Alfredo Ferrant stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Stuycken came out of the goal and Alfredo Ferrant tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yanick De Winter in the 95th minute of play. Club Brugge's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
