The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 21 minutes into the match, BinDokuzYüzYirmiBeş's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Alguacil came free, but Ege Han reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abdulhamit Akçasu charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdulhamit Akçasu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Panama made a substitution. Oscar Laguna replaced Alex Cambeiro. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. Nejat Akçakan kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. After 53 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Abraham Alguacil. In the 55th match minute, BinDokuzYüzYirmiBeş was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Namık Kemal Rafi to maneuver through the defense. Ege Han made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Isidoro Sarmiento sent off a good shot on target. If Miguel Miralles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ege Han made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miguel Miralles in the 63rd minute. The audience was convinced that Tomas Berganza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ege Han was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Isidoro Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ege Han tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 86 minutes, Isidoro Sarmiento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Sarmiento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. BinDokuzYüzYirmiBeş's Ege Han played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 95th minute of play. Panama's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
