Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 2nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jaizki Valverde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abi Russo in the 13th minute of play. Tomas Berganza might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jaizki Valverde. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Berganza ran back to his position shaking his head. After 25 played minutes Aysouraguán got a freekick which was hit by Abi Russo. Jaizki Valverde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaizki Valverde having to interfere. A collision led to Aysouraguán getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Peter Alacuart hit a great ball. After 37 played minutes Aysouraguán got a freekick which was hit by Henry Salazar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abi Russo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Matthew Garrido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abi Russo in the 55th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Aysouraguán's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Jaizki Valverde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aaron Barrios hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Abi Russo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Cotilla having to make a save. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaizki Valverde made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Panama's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Abi Russo scored to the left of an out of position Marcos Cotilla, making the score, 2-2. Abraham Alguacil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abi Russo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Cotilla having to make a save. Tomas Berganza might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jaizki Valverde. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Berganza ran back to his position shaking his head. 90 minutes into the match, Aysouraguán's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Alguacil came free, but Jaizki Valverde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Panama booed when Aysouraguán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henry Salazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Aysouraguán players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Panama from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
