Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Enrique Cassaretto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. George Forsyth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rohan Watson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jax Williamson came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto. But to his dismay, Enrique Cassaretto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 15th minute of the match Aureliano Buendia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jax Williamson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rohan Watson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but George Forsyth made a huge save. Zlatan Molina struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Jax Williamson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Municipal. Koby Wright scored 2-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of George Forsyth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute Rohan Watson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Forsyth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrique Cassaretto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Canada's Jax Williamson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Cassaretto in the 39th minute of play. After 46 played minutes CD Municipal got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Buendia. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Koby Wright in the 56th minute of play forced CD Municipal's goalkeeper George Forsyth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Rohan Watson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. George Forsyth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Edwards, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Edwards in the 84th minute of play forced CD Municipal's goalkeeper George Forsyth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jax Williamson made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Enrique Cassaretto sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of CD Municipal booed when Canada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carter George didn't get a good kick on the ball. CD Municipal made a substitution. Tulio Andinyach replaced Evtim Kúrdzhev. Canada's Prince Anderson was substituted for Carter George. CD Municipal's Aureliano Buendia got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Canada had played much better football throughout.
