The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 54th minute of the match Gökalp Hızlan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 55th minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute, Temel Koçak sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move. After 57 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute Temel Koçak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Chicote to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Salvador Gisbert fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Temel Koçak was slow to take the kick. During this time MAVİ İSTANBUL FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Temel Koçak got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Alptuğ Boğataş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the game, Alptuğ Boğataş cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
