Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. After 4 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aresti Lozano who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Francisco Borda managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After 8 minutes, Ünal Çetinay made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Ünal Çetinay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 21st minute, Ünal Çetinay reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 2-0. After 23 played minutes göztepe gençlik got a freekick which was hit by Recai Bozbora. 30 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ünal Çetinay. A collision led to göztepe gençlik getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Talat Ilıcan hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Ünal Çetinay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Ünal Çetinay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. After having played for 41 minutes, Ünal Çetinay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. göztepe gençlik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ünal Çetinay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Ünal Çetinay sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 58th minute. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ünal Çetinay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ünal Çetinay in the 65th minute of the match. Ünal Çetinay took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 69 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Ünal Çetinay came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 72 minutes, Ünal Çetinay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. göztepe gençlik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ünal Çetinay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rigoberto Mina lost his temper 77 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 79th minute there was a penalty for göztepe gençlik. Talat Ilıcan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. 4-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ünal Çetinay in the 85th minute of the match. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the göztepe gençlik players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
