After 4 played minutes Amfithea Hotspur got a freekick which was hit by Miltos Macheras. In the 5th minute Abraham Alguacil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valerios Paboulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. Valerios Paboulis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Aaron Barrios hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felipe Ros during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th minute, Konstantinos Psiloglou ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 21 played minutes Amfithea Hotspur got a freekick which was hit by Panos Kavouroglou. Valerios Paboulis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abraham Alguacil went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 26th minute of the match, Christos Triantis tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcos Cotilla saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Marcos Cotilla successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Marinos Valassakos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Marinos Valassakos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markos Miroforidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christos Triantis in the 42nd minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charilaos Dimitrakis in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Konstantinos Psiloglou stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Amfithea Hotspur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Argyris Miroforidis to maneuver through the defense. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Konstantinos Psiloglou went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christos Triantis in the 59th minute of the match. Amfithea Hotspur's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Konstantinos Psiloglou in the 62nd minute. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charilaos Dimitrakis in the 65th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, Amfithea Hotspur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miltos Macheras to maneuver through the defense. Valerios Paboulis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 71st minute of play. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christos Triantis in the 75th minute of play. Valerios Paboulis made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Isidoro Sarmiento sent off a good shot on target. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Amfithea Hotspur's Konstantinos Psiloglou. But to his dismay, Konstantinos Psiloglou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Tomas Berganza kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marinos Valassakos in the 85th minute of play. After 89 played minutes Amfithea Hotspur got a freekick which was hit by Panos Kavouroglou. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Valerios Paboulis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amfithea Hotspur's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
