Viorel Moldovan scored 1-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Timmy Kjellkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. Timmy Kjellkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

The audience was convinced that Xiao Wei Yan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Xiao Wei Yan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Luis Cazalla hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the match, FC Hans's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Mastache came free, but Timmy Kjellkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute, Xiao Wei Yan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Colombia's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
