Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Berganza started the match with the kick off. Kovlands IF's Leonard Gregersen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 4th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tomas Berganza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonard Gregersen was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Dag Anderssen was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 10th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 11th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Gregersen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Martin Minge fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kovlands IF's protests and gave Martin Minge a yellow card for diving instead. When Panama's Tomas Berganza in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kovlands IF's goalie prevented a goal. Leonard Gregersen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 19th minute of play. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 24 played minutes Kovlands IF got a freekick which was hit by John-Einar Astrup. Dag Anderssen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. Kovlands IF's Leonard Gregersen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 29th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dag Anderssen in the 34th minute of the match. Abraham Alguacil struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Leonard Gregersen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Leonard Gregersen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the game, Tomas Berganza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Leonard Gregersen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leonard Gregersen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Leon Jenssen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leonard Gregersen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half Panama were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Hans Lilleeng made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Jenssen came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Kovlands IF's zone, Tomas Berganza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonard Gregersen came out of the goal and Tomas Berganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 64th minute of play forced Kovlands IF's goalkeeper Leonard Gregersen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute of the match Panama got a corner. Kovlands IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Abraham Alguacil ran over to the corner to take the kick. After having played for 69 minutes, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Berganza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abraham Alguacil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Leonard Gregersen made a huge save. Alex Cambeiro hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Jenssen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonard Gregersen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 80th minute of the match. Leonard Gregersen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Leonard Gregersen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alex Cambeiro in the 90th minute. The corner led to Panama's Dylan Sarmiento getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Panama's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
