Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Axel Tasis got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, GAS MONKEY's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Antoine Mano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th match minute, GAS MONKEY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ryan Gaudillère to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, GAS MONKEY's Antoine Mano got control of the ball when Axel Tasis tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ilan Velasco sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. Antoine Mano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. After having played for 27 minutes, Lautaro Puig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Puig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 29th minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antoine Mano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilan Velasco in the 38th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Raoul Bienaimé ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 44th minute Ilan Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Axel Tasis kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The Costa Rica players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. GAS MONKEY were winning 0-3.

Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Baclet in the 52nd minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Puig to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Ferrant kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. A hard shot by Tristan Pilot from long distance, 68 minutes into the match, got Benito Sanz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 70 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Baclet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 81 minutes, Lautaro Puig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Costa Rica's goalie and right to Raoul Bienaimé. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Costa Rica's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 87th minute, Raoul Bienaimé hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sidney Audouard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Baclet in the 91st minute of play. After 93 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Axel Tasis. Eliseo Noboa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
