Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in FC Smolenice's zone, Isidoro Sarmiento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matej Bohuš came out of the goal and Isidoro Sarmiento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iván Sotomayor in the 6th minute of play. After 11 minutes of play, Panama's Abraham Alguacil made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matej Bohuš was left in no man's land by his defense there! 19 minutes into the match, FC Smolenice's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Matej Bohuš reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 minutes FC Smolenice's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abraham Alguacil who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Panama's corner Abraham Alguacil fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Matej Bohuš quite easily take care of the ball. The attack was good, but when Matthew Garrido in the 21st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After a rather tough play, FC Smolenice's Jakub Riapoš got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After having played for 23 minutes, Isidoro Sarmiento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Sarmiento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jakub Riapoš's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jakub Riapoš helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Smolenice getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Jakub Riapoš hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Cambeiro in the 25th minute of play forced FC Smolenice's goalkeeper Matej Bohuš to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 minutes FC Smolenice's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abraham Alguacil who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of FC Smolenice booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthew Garrido didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matej Bohuš made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Isidoro Sarmiento sent off a good shot on target. Iván Sotomayor struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Marcos Cotilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Smolenice. 40 minutes into the game, Michal Pachl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jakub Riapoš kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Karel Jabůrek hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute of the match Abraham Alguacil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Matej Bohuš skillfully saved the ball. A beautiful save bye FC Smolenice's goalie prevented a goal. 66 minutes into the game, Miguel Miralles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Panama's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Smolenice the free kick. In the 68th minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Miralles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matej Bohuš read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, FC Smolenice's Marcos Cotilla threw himself towards the right post 75 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Henrich Jánošík, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Róbert Ujlacký managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Smolenice's supporters rose to their feet, but Róbert Ujlacký was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Cotilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 80 minutes into the match, FC Smolenice's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Matej Bohuš reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 82 minutes into the match, Panama's Tomas Berganza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matej Bohuš narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Tomas Berganza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Isidoro Sarmiento took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matej Bohuš. Matej Bohuš dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. There was no doubt that Panama were the better team. Panama's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
