Lino Mazza came out of the goal and Monty Rogers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charalambos Vokolos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Charalambos Vokolos got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabian Brown hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Lino Mazza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 23rd minute of the match. With a little luck, -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Lino Mazza got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to -BZF- Petrolul Berca getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Eusebiu Tunar hit a great ball. Marco Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edward Mcdonald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Cassius Byrne made the kick off in the second half. Lino Mazza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 55th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cassius Byrne to maneuver through the defense. Monty Rogers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Lino Mazza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. After 76 minutes USA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabian Iago who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Fabian Iago almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but USA's Marco Day did a great save. Lino Mazza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khalid Parry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. USA were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
