A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. 0-1 became the score in the 18th minute when Tomas Illescas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Gigi Pacurar came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Chicote hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florin Cumpan. Apa Panter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute of the match, Gigi Pacurar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. AFC Prunis MM's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sol Crowther in the 42nd minute.

A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 59 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florin Cumpan in the 61st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Apa Panter in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcu Angheluță made in the 77th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Gheorghe Braru however managed to control. The supporters of Venezuela booed when AFC Prunis MM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcu Angheluță didn't get a good kick on the ball. Apa Panter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 78th minute of play. Sol Crowther hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the match, AFC Prunis MM's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Apa Panter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. AFC Prunis MM's Sergiu Urdea was substituted for Petrică Ciocâlteu. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After 91 played minutes AFC Prunis MM got a freekick which was hit by Marcu Angheluță. Apa Panter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 93rd minute.
