Toke Todbøl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 22nd minute, Guruh Apriantara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victor Kalengkongan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Kalengkongan in the 34th minute of the match. Victor Kalengkongan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. But to his dismay, Sahala Tutupoli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Henrique Batista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in ACDC Indonesia's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toke Todbøl came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ACDC Indonesia's Alvar Deckberg was substituted for Henrique Batista. Victor Kalengkongan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Kalengkongan in the 71st minute of play. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Victor Kalengkongan scored 3-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Kalengkongan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind ACDC Indonesia's goalkeeper Toke Todbøl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of ACDC Indonesia booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guillermo Mariano made in the 93rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Tomas Illescas immediately put the ball in play. When the referee ended the match the ACDC Indonesia players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
