The The Pontiac Bandit fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when The Pontiac Bandit's Jason Bourne looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Osvaldo Cutberto kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, The Pontiac Bandit's Alfonso Santacroce ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Camilo Freixa. Camilo Freixa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. The supporters of The Pontiac Bandit booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joshua Miralles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jason Bourne in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camilo Freixa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Bolivia booed when The Pontiac Bandit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Domenec didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victorino Hegoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Fernandino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes The Pontiac Bandit got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Erasto. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jason Bourne in the 35th minute of play. Joshua Miralles kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Camilo Freixa was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Zbyszek Zaremba. If Mario Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zbyszek Zaremba's late challenge caught a Bolivia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zbyszek Zaremba helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Joshua Miralles hit a great ball. Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Domenec, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Julio Chicote got a free kick in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mario Fernandino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, The Pontiac Bandit was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualterio Igon to maneuver through the defense. Mario Fernandino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th minute Alfonso Santacroce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszek Zaremba in the 61st minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jairo Umea scored 4-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Camilo Freixa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 81st minute, Cristian Domenec made a precise shot to the right of Camilo Freixa. Bolivia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. After 84 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Mario Fernandino. 86 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Domenec came free, but Camilo Freixa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jason Bourne in the 87th minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, The Pontiac Bandit's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Fontirroig came free, but Victorino Hegoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 96 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Ferrant. The Pontiac Bandit walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
