Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Iván Sotomayor kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd minute Henrich Jánošík shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iván Sotomayor in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iván Sotomayor in the 8th minute of play. After 9 played minutes FC Smolenice got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Lixandro. After a defensive mix-up in FC Smolenice's zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matej Bohuš came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute Iván Sotomayor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iván Sotomayor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Smolenice's Iván Sotomayor. But to his dismay, Iván Sotomayor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Pachl, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. When FC Smolenice's Iván Sotomayor in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. When FC Smolenice's Iván Sotomayor in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Michal Pachl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Matej Bohuš, 1-3. Michal Pachl scored 1-4 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Michal Pachl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. When FC Smolenice's Iván Sotomayor in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. 47 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Iván Sotomayor came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

A collision led to FC Smolenice getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Henrich Jánošík hit a great ball. Sebastian Villa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matej Bohuš read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. A hard shot 57 in the game by Iván Sotomayor from a close distance when the talented Lautaro Navarro managed to make a qualified save. Honduras's players were relieved. Emanuel Ocampo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Iván Sotomayor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iván Sotomayor in the 61st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matej Bohuš prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iván Sotomayor in the 64th minute of play. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Sebastian Villa hit a great ball. Milagros Cabal's late challenge caught a FC Smolenice's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Milagros Cabal helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Milagros Cabal got a free kick in the 69th minute. Moises Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Matej Bohuš didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. 74 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Pachl came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, FC Smolenice's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Matej Bohuš reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matej Bohuš showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Espinar, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Luca Espinar took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matej Bohuš. Matej Bohuš dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. After 85 minutes, Henrich Jánošík mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Smolenice and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Honduras booed when FC Smolenice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrich Jánošík didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbert Ujlacký in the 93rd minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Honduras supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Smolenice's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Smolenice.
