The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osvaldo Shantala in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee felt a red card was in order, 6 minutes into the game, when Adriano de Brito put in a rough tackle. In the 5th minute, one of CANIL VON ZAATARI™️:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CANIL VON ZAATARI™️. 7 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Emerson Leão. Emerson Leão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 10 played minutes CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ got a freekick which was hit by Sydney Quirino. Samuel Navarro hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Luiz Bizet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Osvaldo Shantala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kevin Mastache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Osvaldo Shantala got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Osvaldo Shantala might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Osvaldo Shantala ran back to his position shaking his head. Vicente Varela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matías Marques in the 38th minute of play. Osvaldo Shantala scored 1-2 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Emerson Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 44th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. Emerson Leão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Montenegro in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emerson Leão saved CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ from getting behind. Samuel Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Santino Seco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Axel Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emerson Leão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Emerson Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Kevin Mastache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. If Abram Secada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Emerson Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 79th minute of play. If Abram Secada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emerson Leão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santino Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After 92 minutes of play, Colombia's Ignacio Mastache made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emerson Leão was left in no man's land by his defense there! CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Eurico Proença was substituted for Inácio Bueno. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Colombia had won after a very even match.
