Rinto Kalla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Ian Chung made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Lake Wales FC's Rinto Kalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 11th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rinto Kalla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 15th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Stacy Kitchen notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32nd minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rinto Kalla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Lake Wales FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rinto Kalla quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, Lake Wales FC's Roland Davenport got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute, Felix Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, Garth Wray sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Mexico's Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After a rather tough play, Lake Wales FC's Garth Wray got a free kick in the 68th minute. Rinto Kalla made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. Luca Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute of the match, Luca Zorita tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rinto Kalla saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Rinto Kalla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Luca Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Garth Wray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Lake Wales FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
