In the 3rd minute, H E P T A N FC's Yu Xi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yu Xi in the 8th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. When H E P T A N FC's Yu Xi in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kuzey Ustam in the 25 minute of the game. A collision led to H E P T A N FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Murat Akpınar hit a great ball. Yu Xi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 35 minutes into the match, H E P T A N FC's Yu Xi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Yu Xi sent off a good shot on target. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Arif Bilge Tokyürek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Murat Akpınar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Murat Akpınar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Yu Xi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 62 minutes into the match, H E P T A N FC's Yu Xi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jose Correa during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 63 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Yu Xi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Yu Xi notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Yu Xi took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şafak Açıkalın in the 82nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arif Bilge Tokyürek was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. A throw-in in the 88th minute of the game was made by Fazlı Nasrullah with Murat Akpınar as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. H E P T A N FC had won after a very even match.
