Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 6th minute, Viggo Jönsätt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Fathoni Andrich came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustín Saelices was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Sjögren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ivan Sjögren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan Sjögren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 26th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Agustín Saelices left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Ivan Sjögren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Viggo Jönsätts short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Ivan Sjögren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Viggo Jönsätt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cristian Sancho hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After having played for 46 minutes, Viggo Jönsätt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Zorro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viggo Jönsätt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viggo Jönsätt in the 55th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivan Sjögren saved FC Zorro from getting behind. After 61 minutes FC Zorro's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. 63 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Fathoni Andrich came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC Zorro getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Ted Lööf hit a great ball. Luis Andino might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Sjögren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luis Andino ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristian Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viggo Jönsätt, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. FC Zorro's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Daniel Zorita scored to the left of an out of position Ivan Sjögren, making the score, 1-4. 93 minutes into the game, Fathoni Andrich cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
