FC Schalke 04
Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Mario Fernandino made the kick off and thus started the match. Mario Fernandino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 6 minutes, Eduardo Fontirroig made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Schalke 04's Trent Cuevas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Kleanthis Kostakoglou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. František Spousta took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Camilo Freixa. Camilo Freixa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After some careless play in the FC Schalke 04 defense, Eduardo Fontirroig kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Trent Cuevas. The FC Schalke 04 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Trent Cuevas should have stopped the shot. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Schalke 04's Kleanthis Kostakoglou. But to his dismay, Kleanthis Kostakoglou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Kleanthis Kostakoglou's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Camilo Freixa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to FC Schalke 04 getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Darren Christopher hit a great ball. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kleanthis Kostakoglou was the one to do the kick off. Kleanthis Kostakoglou scored 3-2 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Camilo Freixa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alfredo Ferrant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Benito Madrid hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, Alfredo Ferrant got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Kleanthis Kostakoglou had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Camilo Freixa. Bolivia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kleanthis Kostakoglou was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Conrad Bowen made in the 70th minute of the game a quick throw-in and František Spousta immediately put the ball in play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kleanthis Kostakoglou in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camilo Freixa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Julio Chicote got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 77 minutes into the game, Mario Fernandino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Trent Cuevas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alfredo Ferrant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Trent Cuevas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trent Cuevas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mario Fernandino in the 85th minute. If Eduardo Fontirroig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from František Spousta in the 90th minute of the match. Mario Fernandino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Trent Cuevas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bolivia's Mario Fernandino got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bolivia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Schalke 04.
