When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Miltiadis Kokkinis sped through Honduras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Maitham Al Motaire hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Kurtuluş Erdursun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 14th minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Kurtuluş Erdursun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Dimitris Spanakos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Lautaro Navarro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 26 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Giorgos Tzirakis came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giorgos Tzirakis in the 27th minute of play. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luca Espinar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Giorgos Tzirakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the game, Dimitris Spanakos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 41st match minute, FC Bad Company was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonis Sifakis to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miltiadis Kokkinis in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dimitris Spanakos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lautaro Navarro firmly grabbed it by the left post.

The wind increased when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off in the second half. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stelios Koutsokefalakis in the 51st minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, FC Bad Company's goalkeeper Kurtuluş Erdursun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. The supporters of FC Bad Company booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute of the match Giorgos Tzirakis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Miltiadis Kokkinis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Bad Company's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miltiadis Kokkinis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 67 minutes, Miltiadis Kokkinis made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Antonis Sifakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Giorgos Tzirakis scored 5-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Miltiadis Kokkinis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Miltiadis Kokkinis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After 89 played minutes FC Bad Company got a freekick which was hit by Antonis Sifakis. For all the effort they put into the match, the Honduras players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Bad Company.
