After 3 minutes of play, Canada's Koby Wright made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jax Williamson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Beauval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Les Pionniers de Touraine's Tanek Zurawski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rohan Watson in the 10th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rohan Watson in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tanek Zurawski saved Les Pionniers de Touraine from getting behind. Tanek Zurawski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rohan Watson, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Canada were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Les Pionniers de Touraine's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Koby Wright took the corner. The corner led Canada's Jan Dixon to fire away a dangerous shot which Tanek Zurawski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rohan Watson in the 24th minute of play forced Les Pionniers de Touraine's goalkeeper Tanek Zurawski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abraham Beauval could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Jax Williamson made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rohan Watson in the 35th minute of play forced Les Pionniers de Touraine's goalkeeper Tanek Zurawski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaël Thuilliez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Jax Williamson made a huge save. Tanek Zurawski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rohan Watson in the 41st minute of the match. After 45 minutes, Rareș Gheară mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Les Pionniers de Touraine and the Canada players grew even worse after the yellow card. Koby Wright's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tanek Zurawski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After 58 played minutes Les Pionniers de Touraine got a freekick which was hit by Clément Clavier. Canada's Filip Edwards was substituted for Koby Wright. The audience was convinced that Filip Edwards's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tanek Zurawski was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 65th minute Raphaël Lallemand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jax Williamson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jax Williamson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raphaël Lallemand in the 66th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Les Pionniers de Touraine's Clément Clavier got a free kick in the 68th minute. Canada made a substitution. Prince Anderson replaced Carter George. After a rather tough play, Les Pionniers de Touraine's Clément Clavier got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 86th match minute, Les Pionniers de Touraine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rhys Williams to maneuver through the defense. Jan Dixon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tanek Zurawski. Les Pionniers de Touraine's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tanek Zurawski was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Luka Harris capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luka Harris really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. In the 94th minute of the match, Theo Burton tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tanek Zurawski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Canada's Richard Mccarthy got a free kick in the 95th minute. Canada's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
