Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Modesto in the 8th minute. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Min, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Seleção de Macau's Enzo Min. But to his dismay, Enzo Min quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After having played for 16 minutes, Enzo Min managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seleção de Macau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Min was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 19th minute of play forced Seleção de Macau's goalkeeper Augusto Lousada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Augusto Lousada narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Guillermo Mariano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augusto Lousada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elias Pais charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Pais the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Seleção de Macau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Pais didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Augusto Lousada read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Min came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enzo Min in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. David Modesto struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seleção de Macau. In the 44th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Modesto in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Enzo Min made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Min in the 51st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Modesto in the 53rd minute of play. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Lousada having to interfere. 58 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Augusto Lousada was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Min in the 70th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Modesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute Alberto Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enzo Min blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Modesto in the 82nd minute of play. Tomas Illescas hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Seleção de Macau's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Octávio Valentim in the 86th minute. The corner ended in Octávio Valentim almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. Enzo Min scored 2-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 95th minute, Octávio Valentim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Seleção de Macau walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
