Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mariano Lacasa took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Orlando Casaus came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Chile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orlando Casaus couldn't finish the play. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lolo Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kev Hurtado in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute Lolo Moreno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Carballar. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kev Hurtado, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Mariano Lacasa scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jose Boldu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jose Boldu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After a rather tough play, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Su Yong Zhen got a free kick in the 36th minute. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kev Hurtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kev Hurtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kev Hurtado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jose Boldu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Deportivo ScrugenFC's Kev Hurtado in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Orlando Casaus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jose Boldu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 minutes of play, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Lolo Moreno made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! Deportivo ScrugenFC made a substitution. Zoil Pequeño replaced Kev Hurtado. Doriva Saldanha struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Thiago Pliego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo ScrugenFC. Orlando Casaus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zoil Pequeño in the 73rd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoil Pequeño in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zoil Pequeño in the 79th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Doriva Saldanha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 83 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jose Boldu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Regis Padriña kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Pedro Indiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Chile supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Chile would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
