Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan-Erik Kjellberg in the 14th minute. Bruno Sayvion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Svante Björkdahl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Bearnaise EA's Jan-Erik Kjellberg. But to his dismay, Jan-Erik Kjellberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Svante Björkdahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th match minute, Bearnaise EA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Erik Kjellberg to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Sayvion in the 27th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 43 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edgar Malmberg who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Bearnaise EA's Edgar Malmberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 48thth minute of the game Bruno Sayvion who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Sayvion in the 51st minute of play. Bruno Sayvion blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Sayvion in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Sayvion in the 79th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hampus Nordin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute Bearnaise EA were awarded a corner. Edgar Malmberg went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Bearnaise EA's corner Edgar Malmberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Sayvion, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Felix Montes hit a great ball. When Bearnaise EA's Bruno Sayvion in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal.
