Hugon Marut didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Montenegro went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. 37 minutes into the match, Log Horizon's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Hugon Marut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Kevin Mastache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Colombia's Pascual Carballar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by González Texidor in the 94 minute of the game.
