An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristide Ciuvică in the 11th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jailson Aparecido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Mina in the 14th minute of the match. Jailson Aparecido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luz Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute of the match México Eterno MZC got a corner. Peru's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Valter Malekin ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Aristide Ciuvică tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Aristide Ciuvică managed to get in a good position for a shot. México Eterno MZC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aristide Ciuvică was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 31st minute, Julian Murillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The throw-in from Alonso Berganza in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by México Eterno MZC's Allan Gallin. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jailson Aparecido read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. If Eliseo Mina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. México Eterno MZC's Aristide Ciuvică got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Allan Gallin kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. Aristide Ciuvică sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 55 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Aristide Ciuvică came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Allan Gallin fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored México Eterno MZC's protests and gave Allan Gallin a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to México Eterno MZC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Allan Gallin hit a great ball. México Eterno MZC made a substitution. Diego Ribas replaced Marcos Fantini. México Eterno MZC made a substitution. Tony Chaves replaced Ignacio Quiroga. After a rather tough play, México Eterno MZC's Allan Gallin got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jailson Aparecido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru's Alonso Berganza quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Juliusz Fenomeno, made in the 63rd minute of the game. México Eterno MZC's Jailson Aparecido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mina in the 71st minute of play. The supporters of Peru booed when México Eterno MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valter Malekin didn't get a good kick on the ball. México Eterno MZC made a substitution. Richart Richardsson replaced Aristide Ciuvică. Allan Gallin kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafael Gallo in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jailson Aparecido saved México Eterno MZC from getting behind. Jailson Aparecido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Gallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Tenorio in the 92nd minute of play forced México Eterno MZC's goalkeeper Jailson Aparecido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antonio Tenorio in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jailson Aparecido prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valter Malekin kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The México Eterno MZC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Peru were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
