Boquenses:s Tobias Osoro showed great skill when he stopped Luz Tejedor:s penalty. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Ferdinand in the 22nd minute of the match. Milagros Fraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Osoro having to interfere. After 27 minutes Boquenses's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Milagros Fraga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tobias Osoro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Julian Murillo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tobias Osoro. That made the score 2-0 after 30 minutes of play. Tobias Osoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 33rd minute of play. Boquenses's Tobias Osoro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Boquenses from getting a goal against them. In the 37th minute of the match, Julian Murillo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tobias Osoro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Boquenses's Tobias Osoro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Boquenses from getting a goal against them. Tobias Osoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 40th minute of the match. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Celso Gaur in the 42 minute of the game. Boquenses's Teobaldo Oier was substituted for Rodrigo Ferdinand. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. Severino Rey made in the 79th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina.
