A collision led to Legion Komarów getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Ignacy Trzemzalski hit a great ball. Sylwester Adamczak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 8th minute of play. After 9 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Villa. Milagros Cabal kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sylwester Adamczak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Harun Akyıldız came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filip Sidor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Wietrzychowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Villa struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Sylwester Adamczak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bogdan Wietrzychowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 30th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Espinar to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the match, Honduras's Luca Espinar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sylwester Adamczak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Honduras's Valentín Carvallo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Valentín Carvallo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Honduras protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Valentín Carvallo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Honduras! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Sebastian Villa made the kick off in the second half. Honduras's attentive Edmundo Espiga managed to snatch the ball when Bernardo Massimini made a throw-in in the 54th minute of the game. In the 55th minute, Sebastian Villa fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Sylwester Adamczak, passed just outside the right post. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogdan Wietrzychowski in the 56th minute of the match. After 59 played minutes Legion Komarów got a freekick which was hit by Bogdan Wietrzychowski. Filip Sidor placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 65th minute Konrad Gierlach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Konrad Gierlach scored 2-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bogdan Wietrzychowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 72 minutes of play, Legion Komarów's Konrad Gierlach made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 98 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Legion Komarów! When the match had been going on for 101 minutes, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Sylwester Adamczak. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Legion Komarów fans cheered their team off the field, for while Honduras had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
