Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abram Sarmiento took the kick off in the first half of the match. Colombia's Pascual Carballar got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 11 played minutes Matos Velhos got a freekick which was hit by Bo Stam. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Gentil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jiang Qing Lin in the 19th minute. If Sabino Vilhena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matos Velhos's Sabino Vilhena got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matos Velhos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sabino Vilhena in the 35th minute. A nice corner shot did that Sabino Vilhena got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pedro Manzanares quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jiang Qing Lin, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Axel Montenegro got a free kick in the 38th minute. Generoso Silvino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Gentil in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Gentil in the 46th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute Sabino Vilhena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sabino Vilhena was the one to do the kick off. Júlio Gentil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Gentil in the 57th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Gentil in the 61st minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Matos Velhos's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Vito de Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matos Velhos's Vito de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 64th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sabino Vilhena's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Gentil in the 66th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jiang Qing Lin in the 69th minute of play. When Matos Velhos's Sabino Vilhena in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Sabino Vilhena scored 1-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Matos Velhos made a substitution. Özdemir Saygur replaced Generoso Silvino. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lee Beckford in the 76th minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Gentil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Secada in the 80th minute of play forced Matos Velhos's goalkeeper Vito de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vito de Godoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abram Secada in the 82nd minute. Abram Secada received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vito de Godoi came out and tried to block the shot, but Abram Secada slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 82nd minute. In the 86th minute Lee Beckford shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vito de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 90th minute of the match. After 91 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Luis Cazalla. In the 92nd minute, Pascual Carballar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
