Bruno Barrett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Bruno Barrett made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Gugu Mandrak sent off a good shot on target. Andrey Kovtun succeeded in the game's 10th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. A hard shot 13 in the game by Gugu Mandrak from a close distance when the talented Bruno Barrett managed to make a qualified save. Curacao's players were relieved. Bruno Barrett didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 15th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. After 18 minutes, Andrey Kovtun made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Viorel Buș was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 35 in the game by Gugu Mandrak from a close distance when the talented Bruno Barrett managed to make a qualified save. Curacao's players were relieved. Gugu Mandrak in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bruno Barrett, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bruno Barrett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sándor Szabados in the 37th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of Curacao:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-:s goal. In the 41st minute, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- got a penalty, and Zé Carlos Vaz placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. After 44 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Troy Kennedy. 46 minutes into the match, Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gugu Mandrak. If Zé Carlos Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

The wind increased when Gugu Mandrak made the kick off in the second half. If Andrey Kovtun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8-0 became the score in the 53rd minute when Andrey Kovtun elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 58th minute, Zé Carlos Vaz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerônimo Moreira in the 65th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Nowak in the 65th minute of play. Troy Kennedy's late challenge caught a Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Troy Kennedy helped the player get up and apologised. Troy Kennedy hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gugu Mandrak, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Gugu Mandrak put it in 12-0 from a short distance just to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Gugu Mandrak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 14-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zé Carlos Vaz's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. After 90th play minutes Gugu Mandrak shot 16-0, a short shot which went by Bruno Barrett and just under the crossbar into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gugu Mandrak in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind.
