Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Colombia's Abram Sarmiento started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Nicolas Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Osvaldo Ostargi placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 9th minute, one of Colombia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Colombia. Tobias Osoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute Rodrigo Ferdinand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Montenegro in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobias Osoro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Severino Rey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. After 33 played minutes Boquenses got a freekick which was hit by Celso Gaur. 35 minutes into the game, Feliciano Pancho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boquenses's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colombia the free kick. In the 34th minute, one of Boquenses:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Boquenses. In the 37th minute Colombia were awarded a corner. Axel Montenegro went to the cornerflag to take it. Tobias Osoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Ferdinand came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, Boquenses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stein Geest to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Colombia booed when Boquenses was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Ostargi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Axel Montenegro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tobias Osoro. Boquenses's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicolas Sancho to make the kick off. Orlando Tafalla's late challenge caught a Boquenses's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orlando Tafalla helped the player get up and apologised. Pedro Manzanares went to the wrong direction when Osvaldo Ostargi was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Celso Gaur made in the 55th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Feliciano Pancho however managed to control. The supporters of Boquenses booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boquenses made a substitution. Vladimiro Vincent replaced Feliciano Pancho. After 57 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Navarro. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Rey in the 61st minute of play. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Colombia's Kevin Mastache managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Celso Gaur in the 71 minute of the game. 72 minutes into the match, Boquenses's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Mastache came free, but Tobias Osoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Abram Secada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kevin Mastache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Tobias Osoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Abram Secada could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Tobias Osoro however easily saved by the left post. 85 minutes into the match, Nicolas Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicolas Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 89th minute, Colombia's Abram Secada dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Abram Secada came free with the goalkeeper in the 92nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tobias Osoro could save by the left post. After 95 played minutes Boquenses got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Ostargi. For all the effort they put into the match, the Colombia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Boquenses.
