Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Nayely, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Punk Fiction's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Julian Murillo scored to the left of an out of position Amado Jordão, making the score, 2-0. Alfonso Eguen made in the 40th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Anthony Alvarado. 46 minutes into the match, Punk Fiction's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Amado Jordão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amado Jordão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 46th minute of play.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 55th minute of play forced Punk Fiction's goalkeeper Amado Jordão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Milagros Fraga in the 60th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Punk Fiction's Edelmiro Olivar. Amado Jordão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 63rd minute of the match. Alfonso Eguen made in the 64th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. 70 minutes into the game, Moises Gayoso threw the ball into play from the sideline. Punk Fiction's Celedonio Lucado quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Amado Jordão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Prats in the 74th minute of play forced Punk Fiction's goalkeeper Amado Jordão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Gilberto Nayely hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amado Jordão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Gilberto Nayely did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Rolando Noboa 83 minutes into the match. Amado Jordão came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Rafael Gallo. But to his dismay, Rafael Gallo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. There was no doubt that Peru were the better team. Peru's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
