Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jailson Barral got the match started through his kick off. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jailson Barral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlando Casaus's late challenge caught a S O B E R A N O CIMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orlando Casaus helped the player get up and apologised. Fran Guerola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 20th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of Chile:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of S O B E R A N O CIMZ:s goal. Fran Guerola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Casaus in the 42nd minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orlando Casaus to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Orlando Casaus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 62 minutes into the match, Orlando Casaus notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of S O B E R A N O CIMZ's Fran Guerola. Fran Guerola was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 64th minute, Caetano Valladares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fran Guerola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Casaus in the 74th minute of the match. Chile's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariano Lacasa in the 75th minute. The corner led Chile's Mariano Lacasa to fire away a dangerous shot which Fran Guerola despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of S O B E R A N O CIMZ booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Fontirroig didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, Rodrigo Lindø stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and Rodrigo Lindø tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Battal Gazi Bey took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Thiago Pliego to make any attempt to save it. Guillermo Fontirroig kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Battal Gazi Bey in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Thiago Pliego, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 91 minutes into the match, Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thomas Kielland. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Lindø in the 96th minute of play. Chants of S O B E R A N O CIMZ echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Chile had held the ball for most of the match.
