With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto Tafalla in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antoni Poremba saved Varsovia from getting behind. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Niemojewski in the 30th minute. Antoni Poremba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lautaro Mancebo's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. After 38 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Varsovia's Antoni Poremba tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Kajetan Bendyk hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antoni Poremba having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Antoni Poremba made a huge save. After 96 minutes, Hieronim Dziurowicz made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Mexico's Dante Lacasa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
