In the 18th match minute, Hizan Panor SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rıfkı Selman to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Hizan Panor SK's Eser Kanver got control of the ball when Edmundo Espiga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eser Kanver having to interfere. Moises Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

53 minutes into the game, Rıfkı Selman threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Christian Sancho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hizan Panor SK the free kick. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eser Kanver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 67th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Eser Kanver was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Edmundo Espiga sped through Hizan Panor SK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eser Kanver. Moises Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 85th match minute, Hizan Panor SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cavit Balcik to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 91 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Honduras were the better team. Honduras's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
