With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osvaldo Shantala in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Shantala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emerson Leão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orlando Casaus in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the game, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Vicente Varela nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Pliego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariano Lacasa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
