In the 6th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zheng Chao Wei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Floresta Manda's Zheng Chao Wei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 7th minute of play. Lino Lauaxeta who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Marco Day when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 12th match minute, Club Floresta Manda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Enetz to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 15th minute of play forced Club Floresta Manda's goalkeeper Zheng Chao Wei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Lino Lauaxeta tried to sneak it across the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Club Floresta Manda's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Zheng Chao Wei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Club Floresta Manda's Dante Enetz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marco Day. Marco Day yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Zheng Chao Wei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lino Lauaxeta. Zheng Chao Wei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 27th minute of the match. When USA's Monty Rogers in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Floresta Manda's goalie prevented a goal. Zheng Chao Wei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46th minute, Epifanio Santana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52nd minute, Kuno Uhtlik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Zheng Chao Wei in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Dante Enetz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Enetz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zheng Chao Wei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam Campbell in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute of the match Club Floresta Manda got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Julio Blai ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Julio Blai got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marco Day quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Zheng Chao Wei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Campbell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
