Kristóf Balázs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 11th minute of play. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 17th minute of play forced Black is Back's goalkeeper Kristóf Balázs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Mancebo scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kristóf Balázs, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 34 minutes, Leonardo Leoz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mexico and the Black is Back players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Leonardo Leoz got a free kick in the 34th minute. Black is Back's attentive Sebastian Hedlund managed to snatch the ball when Leonardo Leoz made a throw-in in the 37th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Otto Kaxe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. Kristóf Balázs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 46th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Georg Moberg in the 47th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Georg Moberg to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristóf Balázs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carl Eckegren kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Black is Back's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Cadaval came free, but Kristóf Balázs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luca Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kristóf Balázs read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Otto Kaxe came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Black is Back's Kristóf Balázs proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Black is Back from getting a goal against them. When Georg Moberg came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Black is Back fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Georg Moberg couldn't finish the play. 75 minutes into the match, Black is Back's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Kristóf Balázs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Georg Moberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carl Eckegren hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Kristóf Balázs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 86th minute of play forced Black is Back's goalkeeper Kristóf Balázs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Black is Back's Gugu Goiano got a free kick in the 86th minute. The supporters of Mexico booed when Black is Back was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gugu Goiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Otto Kaxe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mexico's Leonardo Leoz got his second yellow card of the match in the 94th minute. The referee ordered Leonardo Leoz off the ground. Leonardo Leoz hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Otto Kaxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Black is Back fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
