Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Wawrzyniec Jajko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 11 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wawrzyniec Jajko was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 14th minute of the match, Melquiades Odon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Jareniówka SSA's Melquiades Odon in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Wawrzyniec Jajko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jareniówka SSA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. After 34 played minutes, Jareniówka SSA's Didi Kobra shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jareniówka SSA reached it. In the 36th minute, Tomas Illescas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Odon in the 40th minute of play. After 46 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When Jonathan Venegas fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Jonathan Venegas a yellow card for diving instead. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Odon in the 54th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Wawrzyniec Jajko successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jareniówka SSA made a substitution. Kajetan Dylla replaced Fabian Kosel. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didi Kobra in the 72nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Odon in the 73rd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Odon in the 74th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugon Jaszyna in the 78th minute of play. After 82 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ertunç Usun who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Ertunç Usun got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 87th minute of the match Didi Kobra shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Melquiades Odon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere.
