Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Colombia's Abram Sarmiento started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Los Trip's Bruno Capello sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Los Trip were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. CJ Asensio took the corner. A nice corner shot did that CJ Asensio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pedro Manzanares quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 9 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Capello came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Capello struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Trip. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Capello, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Los Trip were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. CJ Asensio took the corner. After taking down the ball on Los Trip's corner Teodoro Munhoz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedro Manzanares quite easily take care of the ball. Agustín Rossi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute of the match Colombia got a corner. Los Trip's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 33rd minute Bruno Capello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 played minutes Los Trip got a freekick which was hit by CJ Asensio. 42 minutes into the game, Los Trip's Bruno Capello nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. A sloppy throw-in by Teodoro Munhoz in the 45th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bruno Capello made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 52nd minute of play forced Los Trip's goalkeeper Agustín Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CJ Asensio made in the 54th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Bruno Capello however managed to control. A throw-in in the 56th minute of the game was made by Orlando Tafalla with Santino Seco as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Capello in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. Agustín Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 60th minute of play. Orlando Tafalla made in the 64th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Axel Montenegro however managed to control. After having played for 66 minutes, Bruno Capello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Trip's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Capello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Abram Secada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Agustín Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Secada in the 74th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Bruno Capello recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares. Bruno Capello showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Los Trip's Flavio Marchegiani was substituted for Manuel Santxol. Agustín Rossi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Secada in the 83rd minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Luís Fernando Calderón De La Barca sent off a good shot on target. Orlando Tafalla made in the 89th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Santino Seco however managed to control. Colombia's Abram Secada got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Agustín Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santino Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
