Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Raven Heart's Barto Gayoso started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 5thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Raven Heart's Benvido Fuica was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 8th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benvido Fuica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benvido Fuica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 11th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Peru's zone, Bazil Corales stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal and Bazil Corales tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barto Gayoso in the 22nd minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Raven Heart's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Benvido Fuica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Barto Gayoso came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benvido Fuica didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Benvido Fuica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 39th minute of play. Benvido Fuica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Peru defense, Pero Barrutia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Noboa. The Peru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Noboa should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barto Gayoso in the 60th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barto Gayoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raven Heart made a substitution. Jorge Comesaña replaced Kelemen Reyna. The throw-in from Jorge Comesaña in the 66th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. 67 minutes into the game, Peru's Eliseo Mina nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benvido Fuica made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 71 minutes into the match, Raven Heart's goalkeeper Benvido Fuica had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milagros Fraga. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barto Gayoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pero Barrutia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raven Heart's Benvido Fuica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Raven Heart's Benvido Fuica. Benvido Fuica was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barto Gayoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barto Gayoso in the 96th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Peru eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
