Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) El Salvador's Moises Fernandino started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Maylandseasky's goalkeeper Hafriz Seah had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Fernandino. Marco Tamayo hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Lucrețiu Giosu took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. El Salvador's Moises Fernandino got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 14 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Moises Fernandino. After having played for 18 minutes, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Salvador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Fernandino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 20th minute, Moises Fernandino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Salvador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Jesus Carvallo hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. When Azli Lam fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maylandseasky's protests and gave Azli Lam a yellow card for diving instead. After 27 played minutes Maylandseasky got a freekick which was hit by Azli Lam. El Salvador's attentive Jesus Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Clive Choy made a throw-in in the 29th minute of the game. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaromír Mauer in the 32nd minute of the match. If Moises Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Azli Lam struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Ricardo Zorita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maylandseasky. Lucrețiu Giosu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After 54 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Abram Luque. In the 55th minute, Azli Lam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Valentino Ferrant hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, Maylandseasky's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Fernandino came free, but Hafriz Seah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moises Fernandino struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Hafriz Seah didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Salvador. After a rather tough play, Maylandseasky's Rudy Ning got a free kick in the 70th minute. Jorge Magrina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute Jaromír Mauer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Jaromír Mauer came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Marco Tamayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save El Salvador from getting a goal against them. Hafriz Seah came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by El Salvador's Abram Luque. But to his dismay, Abram Luque quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaromír Mauer, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Lucrețiu Giosu took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Marco Tamayo's late challenge caught a Maylandseasky's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marco Tamayo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Marco Tamayo hit a great ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
