Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giannis Botitsis in the 12th minute of play. Bruno Barrett was a little too slow when Giorgos Mikros got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-0. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taam Taaensen, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. When Dhafnospiliá BC's Giannis Botitsis, in the 33rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Dhafnospiliá BC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanley Wallace in the 34th minute of play forced Dhafnospiliá BC's goalkeeper Nikos Kaminaridis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Veniamin Bougatsas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dhafnospiliá BC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curacao the free kick. After a rather tough play, Dhafnospiliá BC's Veniamin Bougatsas got a free kick in the 37th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Bruno Barrett successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giorgos Mikros in the 45th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giannis Botitsis, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Thomas Chatzichristos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thomas Chatzichristos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 62 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Giannis Botitsis came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giannis Botitsis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Psarras in the 69th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Troy Kennedy during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Giannis Botitsis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute Giannis Botitsis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dhafnospiliá BC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
